Our story
We are a locally raised family here in the Bay Area. I’m Sarah the flower designer, my husband Austin keeps our truck looking fresh and our 3 Kids Maddox, Scarlett and Nash are our background music while we create your arrangements.
I’ve always loved flowers especially since my dad was a landscaper when I was growing up. I remember him pointing out the names of flowers and plants then quizzing my sister and I as we hiked the trails like it was part of our spelling practice. My dad was my go-to to help us pick out flowers for parties, to re-pot my succulents and help Austin and I plant all the plants in our yard. At least a couple times a week I’d hear my dad’s car drive up and I’d look at the window to find my dad spraying weeds, fixing my plants, groceries on the porch and on a really good day a bouquet of sunflowers.
When my dad passed away in 2021, I wanted to do something special that reminded me of him and something that I loved too. In July of 2022 I asked Austin what he thought about doing a flower truck. I found so much joy in making floral arrangements for fun as special gifts for family and friends. The look on his face said crazy until he started looking up trucks. We searched Craiglist what felt like night and day looking for the truck. Then one day I got a text from Austin… “It’s dope”
Thats when we met FOXY….
Foxy is a 1941 Ford Flatbed. This is a custom truck built by Dale who is an amazing artist. Austin said “This is our truck” and of course, I panicked… everything that was a dream, was slowly starting to become a reality.
I followed Austin's gut on this one and I am so glad I did!
Dale handcrafted and picked out every piece of the truck and made something truly special. We hope you can do the same with your florals.
On the truck you’ll see a variety of fresh blooms, and beautiful arrangements. We strive to make that perfect one of a kind bouquet and help you with the creativity to pick out your own flowers too. We love adding ribbon and custom tags to help make your bouquet feel unique with a little extra love. Whether it’s a special occasion, a sad time in someone’s life or just because we would love to help you brighten someone's day.
